Message	I understand if something breaks, by then it's to late and what's done is done. But it sounds like and looks like you said to" let off the gas between shifts ". Which will not yield a better time if he where to stay on the gas and short throwing the clutch pedal and speed shift, which he can do with a light flywheel :) Vacuum is responded to throttle position.
