You can probably get away with just using lower compression pistons. :Lots of guys have turbocharged their VQ Maximas and I don't see them dishing out $40k to do it. :Since the high compression ratio is the weak point for forced induction, you can get away with lowering the CR. If you were going for a drag racing record or a dyno record for most powerful 350, it will cost you. But just having a higher boost 350Z can probably be done by lowering the CR. :In any event, way below $40kI meant including the price of the car. .z
