Message	BIGGER than they already are. the only thing is ....people need to learn to read. its not a matter of laws or anything like that...its a matter of thats how the general driving population grew up not knowing that was the best thing to do. in the UK and other places...thats know and they are taught at a very early age. its just different culture ..not laws. ...i mean there is a law against shooting herion into your nut sac, but that doesnt mean people follow it.
