The white tank is your reservoir for the radiator. The black tank is the carbon canister, used to absorb fumes from your gas tank. Ditch the black cyl. and plug up all lines. You need the white tank tho :)

How to Check Turbos: "1st remove exhaust and pre-cats. Then fire that mother up, rev it to at least 5000 rpm and then stick your finger into the hole on the back of the turbo. If the turbine grinds your finger down, then your turbo is working. If your finger gets ground off farther than the second knuckle, then your turbos are good for at least another 60k miles!
