| If he took the time to do so, people would be less likely to post here in desperation. It gives the customer a bad feeling. Despite Steve never having ripped anybody off, he needs to understand that customer service is not just about delivering a product. He needs to use reliable shippers, maintain contact with customers, and be upfront about the time frame. When he says, "Ready to ship", it should be ready to ship. When he says it will be 2 weeks and it ends up being 4 or 5, people want to know what's up. That's all anybody is asking for and it is what they are entitled to.
