when you are promised a product in a specific time frame, and it goes well over that period, then you would get upset, too. it has nothing to do with the fact that the stuff might be made to order. they should let their customers know it could take up to 2 months, that way no one expects it early. in business, you give yourself extra time to deliver in case something happens, you don't continually undercut your times.....that hurts business.....
