... you can do it right, the trcik with the faces is not to pull out the needles and at the same time slide the faces without getting the needles out of place. Also, in early models (I believe 90 and 91), you have to cut some plastic parts where the Oil Pressure gauge sits. I actually not only cut the plastic but also removed the black gauge. This way the new one fits better and doesn't touch the needle. After is done, you can see how it looks. I don't have a pic of it in the dark, but this ones look just like stock ones, only the numbers and lines illuminate, nothing else. No bright lights to your eyes at all :)
