It can be done, I've seen people do it with engine in, but not recommended. You can do it yourself, but do it by pulling the motor so you can get to the other stuff. It would be better than doing the turbos, and then having something else go that results in having to pull the motor anyway. I think it's between 10 to 20 hours in Nissans bookrate. :If I were to replace the turbos....how hard are they? that VG seems to be crammed in there really tight, would I even want to attempt doing the upgrade myself? does the whole engine have to be pulled? how many hours would a shop charge do u think? Thanks guys!
