Subject	can an out of state parking ticket effect credit?

Message	i got 2 parking tickets in NYC a while back and I keep getting shit in the mail telling me to pay. on the one it says unpaid tickets can reflect on your credit. im from PA and I dont plan on going back up to NYC anytime soon (we broke up ;[) and if I do go i wont be driving due to the tickets. should i be ok?
