Message	If a street racer knows his car is gonna get seized, the temptation to run would be that much greater. Also, won't that make anyone with a sports car a little reluctant to stop for the police, especially when they know they weren't doing anything illegal? I think there are gonna be some innocent people killed due to people running from the cops, even more than it happens now. Sounds like a pretty stupid and BS law to me.
