| when i got my Z the ONLY thing i saw wrong with it was a mild dent in the driver side 3/4... upon taking the car apart for painting, i discovered that the ENTIRE rear clip of the car was new... the front end was new... there were new parts all over the car...
apparently it had been in a really bad accident... the chassis was in good condition though... but still it pissed me off... as for your seat, same thing happened to my driver seat. i don't think it was your knife, but rather when you get into your car.... did i mention that when i pulled my motor that both mounts were toast and they weren't even bolted in... they had no bolts so my engine was floating... boost leak??... HA, i can better you on that... my Z wouldn't boost past 7psi... not to mention I blew one turbo out.... harness you say... i can't complain about mine... it seems to be new... along with the engine... but wait... there's more... a slew of stress cracks in the sheetmetal, joints that have seperated, driver side axle boot is ripped, and not to mention that little electrical grimlin i have that drains my battery every so offten.... but hey, my Z is my baby and no matter how many problems she has, i'll fix them all in due time... it's what makes Z owners better than EVERYONE else... we can deal with anything... ;)
