| They Failed to: 1) provide me with a written estimate.
2) provide a written time of completion.
3) provide a company invoice (mine was a typed piece of paper).
4) I forgot what the fourth was. But they were cited for four things. My settlement wasmore than half of what I paid, considering I had to pay for all the products I bought. But it basically comes down to free labor if I really think about it... Although I wont say how much I received. It was enough to fix everything, PLUS buy additional things that I wanted for the car (from other places of course).
