1) I hired Stillen to build my engine from the block up.
2) Stillen took almost a year to finish the project.
3) Stillen built it, but forgot to add parts I paid for.
4) 3 months later, I have engine problems (car is not a daily driver).
5) I asked Stillen to investigate, but they try and charge me.
6) I write tons of letters to them with no positive results.
7) I get Consumer Affairs on my side and settle out of court.
