Message	Buy new tires. (install them) Buy 300degrees Aluminum Subframe Bushings. (install them) Buy a good quality shock absorber. (and install them). Without going to a fully custom rear setup (4 link/solid axle), this is all you can do to cure wheel hop. And even then, it's not fool proof. So the answer to your question is YES, it will help.
