:Also, just a little constructive criticism, if you could find a way to de-interlace your video captures, you would have MUCH better looking videos. And this brings me to my bit of advice for anyone looking for a DV cam- get one with progressive scan if you plan on making videos on the computer with it. Deinterlacing strips out half of the resolution, and failing to de-interlace gives a choppy image. Capturing the video in progressive scan mode will eliminate the need to deinterlace, and retain all the information in the video when you transfer it to the PC.
