Message hot, even with a cool down lap (2-3 minutes). If you set the e-brake, you risk transferring pad material to the rotors. As soon as the car goes back out to the track, when you apply the brakes it'll shimmy AS IF you warped the rotors. All you have essentially done, however, is make the rotors uneven b/c pad material has transferred and formed a chemical bond to the rotors.... not good... at the very least, you often get a brake pad "stain" on the rotors, with some pad material around the edges... this happened to me on my FRONT rotors while bedding in Hawk Blues... took a while to work that material off with a bunch of hard stops..
