I was talking with Greg Dupree about the 1 pc shaft thing and the buy. I wasn't talking vibes, but it was funny what he said.... he said every car is different and it'd be impossible to design and mass produce a number of shafts and hit every car 100%, when with the 2 pc, it will dampon vibes in a more wider range. That's not a quote, but part of what I gathered. So, if there are any TT'ers having probs, I really doubt you're much more than a drop of water in a bucket compared to the happy ones. Hell, more people had problems with their hood hitting their strut tower bar than the shaft vibes. It DOES show cars are different and one part made from one car may not be perfect on ALL of them. How many people have bought an exhaust that didn't bolt up perfect? How many have bought a nose pc that the body shop said just wouldn't fit right? ALOT, cause I've seen many posts like these.... BUT compared to the ones that it was ok, it's nothing but a couple of people it just didn't work for. If you have a place that's willing to take car of you for any probs, what's the point in bitching?
3 NA's out of over 30 had vibes. John said that's because of one of their pieces of equipment that's now resolved. I haven't got any email or saw any posts of TT guys having probs, only about 8 happy TT'ers so far and you can be sure from the rest.. no news is good news. I know 4 guys here happy with them in their TT's. A buddy told me he heard a TT'er had a prob somewhere else. I haven't heard about it. This is deff a worth it mod.. anyone successfully having one will totally agree. What bothers me is a couple of vibe posts from an over 100 people group buy and people want to start to spout off it's a piece of crap. Well they're WRONG. I still ain't getting anything from this. I have a 1 pc vibe free shaft and could walk away, but I personally think it's one of the best deals out there as a Z32 mod. So, rumors are rumors and if anyone had a problem, John will more than take care of them. John would go to crazy measures to make them happy and if someone out there is bitching, they're a fool then. Until I see John screw someone over I'll believe that. So if anyone has a problem talk to John.
