| A 12 to be exact. I kinda outgrew the "hear me from 2 blocks" thing. My sub is also situated in the back like your tube. When I take off the tops I either leave em in a padded secured place I have in the garage or if Im gonna be gone for hours or it looks like rain I simply dont take em off.
My sun shields came off the tops since the day I got the car so I always have some sun shining in anyway. I was lookin at making a box to hold the 12 and putting it down in the spare tire well but being that I have my kids in the car alot I dont see the intelligence of running spareless. Personally if it was just me I'd lose the spare probably.
