research (Extrude Hone) to develop the process (should be paid by now), whoever does it just place the exhaust in the machine, adds the blasting/honing material and press the start botton. Cha ching -$500 from your bank account that you could had save for a better flowing exhaust header.
Price for Specialty-Z header may be $1800 (lots of dought I agree) but still better than Pentroof and maybe (*HINT* Greg) they will lower it.
Our exhaust is the poorest of all the Z32 designed parts due to their lack of space and if someone come with a better design that will decrease lag(or help spool up), add more H/P and decrease weight I'm willing to give it a shot.
