| You need to check tomake sure your rotors arent warped. Whoever put your lugs on last must have torqued em WAAAY to much. This could cause rotor warp and wheel wobble. Do you feel any wobble when you give a good amount of pressure to the brake pedal? WD-40 and anything strong you can use to extend the handle for more torque is the best advice on gettin em off. Once on check the specs on the lug nut torque required. Dont overtorque em again. Check your threads on your lugs once you have the bolts off. They may have gotten buggered. If so you can pick up some replacements fairly cheap (buck or 2 each) They just hammer out for easy replacement. good luck
