Message	and can only do so much. When im on the phone - i try not to put customers on hold - it's a one line phone - and i consider that rude - despite having to do it. Thus you need to leave me a messagee and give me some time to reply to it with information. "Avoiding phone calls and not following through, like tracking numbers raises the steam level. " I don't avoid phone calls! Though i do take time to get back to people when my phone is ringing off the hook all day. Sometimes it will take me until the next morning to get back to someone.
