Message	ask them to order something they do not have on their shelves - and see if they let you order before you pay. most EVERYTHING custom or special order needs to be paid for in advance. If i didn't i would be getting stuck with all kinds of un-moveable inventory that i can not afford to and don't have the space to wherehouse. Again - with custom or special ordered items - this is common place. Either paid in full with or 50% down at time of purchase - most places that do 50% down will make it non-refundable.
