I got your call today but did not have much time to research it until now - expect an email to both addresses. Mondays can be rough! Though you did not order with the $99 special - which guarranteed delievery in 5 days - i will be glad to issue a refund to you. Of course you may keep the kit. The reason your order took so long is simple - we had to make an adjustment to out cut pattern - we had a glitch in the system where the computer was cutting out 3 pieces upside down. Rather than send you 3 pieces upside down - we corrected the problem and sent your kit out. Our cut file problem with our trim kit has been corrected and we are sending an extra large piece of vinyl with it - just incase. Helpful for you DIY!
