Message They clear everything by a mile on the sticks......
On the Auto's they are very close to the back edge of the trans pan......The pipes are also made with the flange holes oversized for adjustment purposes.....If someone else install them the last time and they fit before , then they probably were not as carefull as you were at lining everything up.
You should be able to loosen the bolts and adjust the pipes for clearance.
Something else that makes every car end up a little different is the fact that the stock exhaust manifold bolt holes are WAY oversized and the manifolds can be installed at about at least an inch higher or lower on each side.....If the manifolds are not centered when installed they can make the exhaust fitment change pretty drastically.
