Sorry about your whole ordeal.....
I will find out for my own knollege who talked to you at the show....that is not the RPS way to throw there hands up and walk away. I am sure you caught JT who was just hired to do sales 1 week before the show and when you put him on the spot he did not know how to handle the situation.


The email you sent them is not as bad as I heard it was either.....Sorry about that......
It does not really look like your looking for a reply in the way you wrote though......And the way you wrote it you are stating your bad experience and not asking them for anything.
ROB feels horible that people recieved parts that failed and has gone more then out of his way to try to make it right at his expence.

Co's all have bad parts every now and then....It is how they handle the problems that make them good or bad Co's. RPS has always given free replacement parts as fast as possible to any one having problems....And as soon as a problem is known action has been taken to make sure it will not happen in the future.

Your situation stands alone. I am sorry it happen at all and also for the way it did happen.
By talking to someone at the show and not someone that handles warrenty claims you were not treated as RPS customers usually are.

I know you do not mean it personally, But it really is personal......You are relaying your bad personal experience and telling others they will have the same bad experience. I can assure you that the parts you had fail are not sold anymore through RPS.

It is personal because you are directly effecting me by telling someone not to buy the product I sell.
