...it's called "maintenance before mods". First thing to do is change all the fluids and filters and start familiarizing yourself with the car. Get a factory service manual. Read the FAQ and learn to use the Search function on this site. After you've gotten everything on your car checked over and tuned up, then start modding. Personally I would start by replacing suspension bushings with Energy Suspension polyurethane ones, as your stock ones are probably pretty shot. As far as exhausts go, I think that if you're going to spend that much money, you might as well go full stainless and never have to worry about it again. B&B is very nice, but pricey ($1150). Brullen makes a nice full stainless too, which is $750. Courtesy Nissan also has a full stainless one too with some giant 4.5" tips on it for $700.
