Message I've had my Z since last Nov, and I haven't done any speeding or crazy driving, for fear of wrecking my car or getting a ticket. The only stupid thing I did was back in march when pulled out on a guy (Suburban blocking my view), causing another driver to bump the side of my car. Luckily, it was only a small dent and a scrape. But it could have been a LOT worse. Even though the damage wasn't that bad, I couldn't believe that I caused a wreck, and it made me want to puke.

Even though I damaged my beloved car, I guess it was a wake-up call from God, just to remind me what can happen if I start driving stupid. I drive a lot more carefully now, and I double check to make sure nothing's coming when pulling out of a street. My stomach still tightens everytime I get ready to pull out of that street where the wreck occurred. I can laugh about it now, but what's weird is that my friend ran into the back of a car that morning (and totaled his car last month). Maybe its karma.

Right now, I'm looking for another car, a mid 80s Corolla GTS, or 87+ Z31 turbo, or 240SX. Mainly I just want a car to improve my mechanic skills (not much to do to my Z33, other than change the oil and tires), but I'm pretty sure whatever I get, I'll eventually try autox in a couple years.

Don't you dare underestimate me, you arrogant bastard! -Terry Bogard
