Message	..caps and booked after him. Those caps are not easy to find and are expensive so I had to get them back. His dumbass ran across a main street without looking and ALMOST got hit by a car. If he were to get hit, I'd be in a world of trouble. I understand though, chasing the little pricks is the first instinct. At least he didn't get your lights.
