Message	... the individual is. I was a mature sixteen year old and thought I was a good driver then. Of course, for a 16 year old I was. But, I look back now and realize how little I knew then about driving and the thousands of situations that can occur in a fraction of a second. Heck, I'm still learning and Im almost 23 now. Bottom line....Just be careful and always stay humble about your driving capabilities.
