Message	wheels. The place is called "Speed CONCEPT", they sell tons of ricey stuff, mostly bodykits for civics and stuff. Windshield washer nozzles, crap like that. BUT! They are a Rays/Volk distributor, and they sell ALL Volk wheels at 20% off list.... so, that redeems them in my eyes. :)
