| I did this just recently and I believe all but the 1990 have 4 inch all around. I just installed them directly to the box after taking out the bose, and stuffing the box with polyfill - the box sort of has an indent around the speaker that a 4 or 4.5 inch will fit into but it is oddly shaped so I needed to dremel away a tiny bit and then make little drop in surrounds out of heavy cardboard to make sure the thing was sealed around the speaker - then screwed it in with wood screws into the plastic - was quite easy and sounds actually quite nice - reasonable bass (course that doesnt matter to you with the subs) Note if you get the brackets and remove the bose boxes altogether then I think those fit a 4x6 driver.. but whats the point...
