That's a weird combo for the 1820. The turbine wheel is really small (smaller than a 2530 wheel), yet the comp wheel is very large (larger than a TD06 20G wheel). It seems to me like this would be mismatched and the turbine would be restricting the compressor from reaching max speed as well as adding extra backpressure, but I'll have to assume that Power Enterprises/IHI know what they're doing.
