| Just curious? Lets think about this.....for hydrolock to happen, pretty much the entire intake tract would need to be flooded with water...and we're talking water being puled up in a vertical direction.....on an intercooled car with all the plumbing...we're talking A LOT of water. How fast did you drive into this deep spot in the parking lot? Did you drive in real slow? To be safe, I would ask the shop that has your car to pull all the plugs and crank the motor before they do anything...don't want them to make things worse. Also see if they can keep the doors open/air out the interior with fans....don't want mildew to grow in there. I apologize for my earlier comments...I have been in a storm when it rained 7" in three hours. It was scary, and the only thing you want is to get home. At the time I had a Starion...and one point where I was driving my alternator, which is mounted low like the Z, got partially submerged and the car went to stall. I imagine a complete submersion would have fried it and caused a complete stall/electrical short. Hope if it is indeed hydrolock that your motor can be saved...action is the key issue right now...you don't want rust/etc forming. Get over to the shop and have them air the motor and interior out. Good Luck
