You know your car better than anyone. You should DYNO the car on the same PSI you race it with at the track. I know someone that have run 20psi with NOS off the line. He ran 11 seconds too ( guy with V-8 Z ). But he also blew a head gasket on the car, fixed it, than later sold it. Seems like to me the magic number is 19psi. Gap your number 6 NGK's down to like .032. Make sure there nice and clean before race night. Take a bottle of ice, ice water to soak the IC's just prior to each burn out / run. Some car's when you boost higher than or 19psi will cut out some dew to the wheels spinning so fast that create a wall affect, thus cutting off flow, while the rest just push hot air. Just things I heard over the years. One things for sure, your really putting a stress load on them at that power range. Make sure you have downpipes and testpipes to move that exhaust out fast as possible. Any more back pressure than the turbo's themselves is not good for the internals of the turbo's as well. So yea it can be done, cool nights work best as well, as we all know air is more dense and can move in the motor cylinders faster. Icing down the IC's will only cool the charge down even more
