Message	It doesn't matter if it's UPS, FEDEX, USPS, Airborne Express, etc - they all screw up. They all lose, break, mess up, and destroy packages. MOST of the negative things you find in the shipping business are just unlucky and nothing will be done to fix them. They'd much rather make millions throwing packages around (playing the odds) and send you a check for a few hundred bucks if one in a million packages gets lost/broken.
