Both are great cars... Forget any mods (both mine and my brother's are moded), here's my comparison.... The Mr-2: The MR-2 is more of a "drivers car" - It gives you the illusion that you are more "connected" to the road than does the Z (small car vs. big car)...It is also a better handling car in tight corners (mid-engine, well balanced, lighter).... but you really need to know how to drive it cause it is really easy to "lose" it in the MR-2 if you aren't careful. The Z:
Power is the key here... The Z pulls like a bat out of hell, especially on the highway - The MR-2 cannot keep up here. (unless highly modded)... The Z also handles well, but more so on a more open circuit. remember, It is heavy. It's a much more comfortable ride, though - somewhat luxurious in comparison. Again, it's all in what you want.
