Message	A lot of higher power race cars turn down the journals on the crank to reduce their diameter and lessen the friction. In fact, I believe the Escort racing Z uses a stock Nissan crank that is custom machined, and they're pushing 1200+ rwhp with theirs. Once you start playing with higher outputs of our engine, you might want to start looking at the tricks the race teams use to keep their engines running at those power levels.
