Low mileage MR2's, especially those in the last production years, 94-95 can go for about 15k dollars. If doing engine work yourself the MR2 is just as hard to work on as the Z. limited space and a bitch to get to seeing as how the engine is in the back. Interior is to small for anything but driving the car is a blast. handles like its on rails but so does the Z. If i were you i would go with the Z. more practical, more fun to drive, more power, and more potential. good luck.
