I was mostly just being carful when pulling apart all the pieces so as not to break the glass or the bulbs, and not get paint on either. all in all it took me a little over an hour or so do paint and do the glare guard removal. I am not sure about the reflective paint though. IMHO the stock paint looks very nice in there. I wonder what the headlight houseings would look like painted the stock color? don't think I would go that far though.
