Subject	Where to solder for clock repair?

Message	I have never touched a soldering gun in my life so I took my clock out of the car and stopped by a local batteries plus store because it's the only place I know of that solders. The guy there unsoldered the 6 pins to take the 2 boards apart and then decided he wasn't skilled enough to replace the 181 resistors. Can anyone recommend a good place to solder these for me? Does anyone want to volunteer to do it for me for a few bucks in a paypal account? Is a soldering gun cheap and is this something I could teach myself to do with little risk. Thanks, Alex
