It looks like > ;) < that. It's a winky smiley. What that there smiley means is that SaVageZ is being a bit sarcastic. His words are not meant to be taken seriously, which you have done. Now listen to me boy, this is very important. That winky dinky not only means that SaVage understands that Mr. Simmons has been around for a while, I would bet a dollar to a donut hole that the "king" reference was to the fact that Steve is one of the OWNERS of this nice web site we call twinturbo.net.
