Which is something I dont think I'll ever attempt to repeat. Tuned 8 cars that day (13 hours) and then tuned two more the next day (3 hours). I had 16 hours of dyno tuning experience with a lot of hardware variation. The knowledge gained is priceless. Hey, maybe when I start my tuning tour I can drop by there and get you taken care of. I already have several people booked (TX, AZ, CA, CO, NY, GA). Once you get the car back together gimme a buzz. You know that setup has huge potential - and tuning goes a long way. Sorry to hear about your engine - we also had one let loose the same way during that tuning session. Rod bearings = the weak link in the VG. Had Nissan made the engine 23" in length rather than 22", there would have been 1/6" more material that could have been added to the rod bearings and the engine would have been tankbuster-proof. What are you considering to do to the engine on the rebuild, bearingwise?
