And I must say i completely agree with everything said by Guapo and the like! Kids are idiots! They swerve inbetween cars, race other slow civics on public roads, and generally try to show off. I think it's because they think they're badasses in their riced out hondas. Give a honda boy a high HP car and he'll kill himself, no questions asked. I started with a 94 g20 i bought myself and then moved up to the Z which i also bought and modded myself. My dad raced LeMans in the '70s (lola t70 mk 3B), and besides having a fascination with the Z i also have one with the proper way to race on a track, handling emergency situations, and not getting into any trouble. In 2 years of driving I have yet to get a ticket or even pulled over on the car or the bike, which you have to admit represents a certain level of maturity for a minor with such powerful vehicles. I respect my car's power and it's ability to kill me so i take it easy 95% of the time. Now i admit there are times when I'll take a joyride, but who doesn't? I regularly practice emergency braking, swerves, drifts, rain situations, etc in an abandoned parking lot, so i can be as prepared as possible should something beyond my control happen out there. I believe when one owns a respectable car like the Z, or any supercar, and actually takes the time to learn about it and work on it, they also learn to respect it's power. So, yes, please feel free to generalize all kids as bad drivers, it's most certainly true, just know that there are exceptions. ironically, most of the responsible teen drivers are the ones with the high HP cars, probably cause they learn when they CAN go balls out fast, they don't NEED to. agreeably, brian
