Message	Thats why insurance rates don't go down until your 26 or so...its not a conspiracy, young inexperienced drivers are more careless because they have less experience behind the wheel. I was young and stupid once with raging testosterone...but luckily I drove a Plymouth Horizon and a Chevy Cavalier during those years! I know I couldn't have handled a Z then. Some guys may be able to handle it, but they are in the small percentile or they are female, IMHO.
