I'm doing a research paper on automobiles and culture and thought It'd be a great idea to do a interview/questionaire as part of my source, since it is a research paper, afterall. I think that most of us agree that the myth about owning a car, is that it simplifies our life and gives us more freedom. IMO, owning a car does not give you more freedom, but responsibilities (i.e. financing, maintenence, etc.). It does not simplify our life (this is where you guys come in). Tell me how owning a car has complicated your life, giving your more responsibilities, etc, etc and how bad traffic is in your city. How being a car enthusiast (the Z), you've become a member of tt.net and it has taken up a great deal of your time (it has for me!). Basically, I'm looking for an open-ended answer (rant). Any reply would be of great help and greatly appreciated. TIA
