Message	place to have it in the 'Village'. El Meson is the name. Nothing fancy, just great food/fried plantains/black beans/etc. That's the one thing I truly miss about Houston - maybe the only thing. Also, if you are going in a few months, be prepared for the heat/humidity. I'm guessing in MS you have similar weather, but didn't want you to be surprised if you don't.
