Message from something w/ out paying out of the nose for it. So getting the color changed after the fact is not really cost affective.

2nd. Ford wheels have a different size center bore (so they will fit the face of the hub but not the center mount) and they are not designed to use a hub centric adapter ring (you might be able to fab something but again its going to affect cost). Basiclly your wheel will be riding on the lugs and not on the center like it should.

3rd. replicas are often heavier and weaker then the real thing - if you are going to run Ford wheels look for real 17x9s used from a Mustang guy - you can usually find them pretty cheap and they are a much nicer quality product.
