Message	I would guess, like you said, go through the brakes, tighten up all screws and bolts, make sure the spring-loaded clips are tight, clean off the rotors with alcohol or something that will evaporate. Maybe rough up the surface of the pads a little bit. Theoretically if nothing can vibrate they shouldn't squeal.
