Message	a car in the context of a accident they can deny the claim. Usually OEM parts cost more then aftermarket things when looking @ list prices so they should be paying the price for a new Nissan part. However don't go trying to claim a broken intercooler on a car that you have listed as a NA unless you want to start them digging.
