90TT, Ref service manual EF&EC-137 step A gives high 12 volts at terminal f (shall be 5.0V), step B: there is continuity between f and ecu pin 48; step C: voltage is 1.8 all times closed and open; step D: continuity between e and ecu pin 38 is OK; step E: resistance of .064 exist between d and ecu pin 30. My EVC-R & S-AFC throttle wires are connected to ecu pin 16 wire and reads steady 100% on both controllers. The main harness has been completely cut and reconnected with possible errors. How can i get back 5.0 volts at the TPS terminal f black wire which actually cut away because there is engine cut-off at 2000 rpm when it is connected to TPS.
